Since the last issue, the number of stub articles has decreased again. It would be greatly appreciated if anyone could help expand and/or source an article or two. A list has been placed on the
stub article subpage of stub articles of well-known wrestlers that should be fairly easy to improve.

I need graphics editing help
I noticed you are listed to help people in designing their user pages.
Well, I need help with a similar type of thing - graphics editing.
I'm preparing to coordinate this:
Coming July 15th to the
Awards Center: The Around the World Competition. Three types of awards will be presented, including a World Champion Trophy! Hone your advanced tools skills, 'cuz you'll need them! If you'd like to be kept up to date on this and other happenings at the AWC, sign up to receive the AWC Newsletter here.
and for it I'm developing some awards. Each award will include an image, and that's where I need help...
I've got to have all the awards done by July 15th, and I don't even have the first one finished yet.
I'm looking for someone who knows how (or is interested in jumping in and learning how) to work on images in xcf format using
GIMP, or
Inkscape, etc. (Because I and others will need to be able to edit each image's layers after you are done with it).
If this sounds like something you are interested in helping with, please drop me a note.
By the way, both
GIMP and
Inkscape are free, making it easy to get started from scratch.

As I'm sure you noticed above, this is the 20th edition of the WikiProject Professional wrestling newsletter! It has come a long way since the
first issue, and I'm sure it will only improve from here. I'd like to thank everyone reading this for continuing to read the newsletter, biweekly.
Also, lastly I'd like to thank

bot. His bot has to be the most important part of the process, because without it, the newsletter would not get sent to project members.
I know that's a long list, but they all deserve recognition for their hard work towards the newsletter. So again, thank you to that list of people, and thank you to all of the newsletter's biweekly readers. As part of
the project's New Year's Resolutions, there is an ongoing effort to decrease the number of stubs to 5%. As of April 25, we are at 7.54%, with 361 articles currently in
Category:Stub-Class Professional wrestling articles. It still would be greatly appreciated if members would expand, source and improve stub articles, and a list of well-known wrestlers and tag teams that should be fairly easy to improve is included on the
stub article subpage.
If you are actively editing and contributing to articles under the scope of WP:PW, it is suggested that you add your name to the

This full-day event will include a tour of the facility; presentations from National Archives Wikipedian-in-Residence,
Dominic McDevitt-Parks, and Exhibit Specialist, Dee Harris; and time in the research room to work on projects. The focus of the projects will be scanning, writing articles, transcribing, or categorizing images on Commons.

And two local editions of the
Great American Wiknic, the "picnic anyone can edit." Come meet (and geek out with, if you want) your local Wikipedians in a laid-back atmosphere:
Dust off your Polaroid camera and pack your best lenses. The first-ever Wikipedia Takes St. Louis photo hunt kicks off Sat, Sept. 15, at 12:30pm in downtown St. Louis. Tour the streets of the Rome of the West with other Wikipedians and even learn a little St. Louis history. This event is a fun and collaborative way to enhance St. Louis articles with visual content. Novice photographers welcome!
