but the total lack of references. If you can give a book, journal article or other
reliable source for the fact of the treaty, it doesn't matter all that much what you call it. But we DO need to have a reference that says it existed! --

Would it be more correct to clarify that these territories were formerly occupied by or were under influence of Persia, rather than Persian territories? These are Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia and they, by large, are/were not regarded as such. -
