The Turkmen name of this city is Sarahs. "Serakhs" is a transliteration of the Russian Серахс and is no longer used in Turkmenistan, and is no longer the version used by the U.S. Board of Geographic Names. Please see this ground-level image from Mapillary for a sign indicating the way to Sarahs: https://www.mapillary.com/app/?lat=37.34134&lng=60.580069&z=17.788433384053178&pKey=hycl3DDP3XkauScUCNYKNQ&x=0.3200434221370315&y=0.7027170262021465&zoom=2.9858282337659454&focus=photo If there are no serious objections, I propose to move this article to "Sarahs".
