And another site at 44,1340906, 40,0072211 ( source).

According to German Wikipedia, the cave is near Mezmai which has the coordinates 44.2001, 39.9570 ( source). More specifically, German Wikipedia says that the cave is ca. 65 kilometers northeast of Sochi, 50 kilometers southeast of Apsheronsk / Apzheronsk, and 4.5 kilometers to the east of Mezmai.
