The article states that the Rada was the "supreme organization" of the Kuban Cossacks but fails to explain the date and anomalous circumstances of its inception. The Rada was establish in 1917, during the chaos of the Russian Revolution. Prior to 1917, the Kuban Rada didn't exist. Perhaps the article should be amended to explain the Rada's genesis? Failure to do so could cause uniformed readers to form distorted ideas about the history of the Kuban Cossacks.
