The above link links to Revision E of the International Docking System Standard. At the front of the document there is a list of DCN (Design Change Notice?) incorporated for Revisions D and E. Unfortunately since the titles of the DCN are not given I do not know what has been changed.

Operation - how are the petals/guides moved out of the transfer passage ?
Much of the info in those articles is also here already. I think that a typical Wikipedia user would benefit by having all of the info in one place. -
