Agreed. I was copy/pasting and hadn't had a chance to whiteout Dixon's name yet. I've now changed it from "under Alan Dixon's leadership" to "in the mid 2010s".

Looks good. I was initially questioning the Jersey City Times reference as it is a blog, but then saw that the blog article was covered in AFR as well so don't see any issues. Again, great job!--
