I removed the following text from the article, as although I believe it, I can't find a reference to support it:
References all talk about what happens when the water does flow into Lake Eyre, not what happens when it does not. -- Scott Davis Talk 14:11, 5 October 2005 (UTC)
The article says "At 1300 km in length it is the second longest inland river system in Australia after the Murray-Darling system." Can this be right? The Murray makes it to the sea, at least some of the time. Maproom ( talk) 22:42, 4 January 2010 (UTC)
