Tongues of various animals are eaten, and are all very similar (pork, lamb are both common). This article should be called something like "
Tongue (foodstuff)", and augmented. I've created an article with this name, at present redirecting to "Beef tongue", hopefully to become the main article, with Beef tongue redirected there.
