Many sentences of this article are plagiarised (word for word) from the NSW Heritage listing citation of the building. It needs a rewrite...

Also the Manly Daily article needs a date (not simply a year) and the sentences where the lady Budd "said yesterday ....." should probably also be rewritten to make clear the time at which she is speaking. (Sorry about this) MargaretRDonald ( talk) 12:16, 18 September 2018 (UTC) reply
