Tala Tappeh Rural District ( Persian: دهستان طلاتپه) [3] is in Nazlu District of Urmia County, West Azerbaijan province, Iran. [4] Its capital is the village of Tala Tappeh. [5]
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population was 3,004 in 925 households. [6] There were 2,319 inhabitants in 745 households at the following census of 2011. [7] The 2016 census measured the population of the rural district as 2,278 in 797 households. The most populous of its 19 villages was Tala Tappeh, with 547 people. [2]
