Sergei Amanovich Khummedov ( Russian: Сергей Аманович Хуммедов, born 12 February 1957), better known by the pen name Sergei Aman ( Russian: Сергей Аман), is a Russian writer and journalist. [1]
Sergei Aman was born in
Mary, in the former
Turkmen Soviet Socialist Republic, then part of the
Soviet Union. He graduated from
Moscow State University in 1985.

In 1995 Sergei Aman became a journalist of the daily
Moskovskij Komsomolets. Also he worked in
Vechernyaya Moskva, Stupeni,
