Description
English: SAP scintigraphy image showing progression of patient with AL amyloidosis during treatment with chemotherapy. Major liver involvement and proteinuria in 2005 have changed to normal liver and renal function in 2009. Proteinuria recurred due to underlying plasma cell dyscrasia in 2009-11 resulting in reaccumulation of renal amyloid observed in 2011 scan.
