At the 2006 National Census, its population was 5,008 in 1,262 households, when it was in the
Central District.[6] The following census in 2011 counted 8,175 people in 2,548 households.[7] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 10,726 people in 3,383 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
In 2018, the rural district was separated from the district in the establishment of Deh Bakri District, which was divided into two rural districts;[5] and the village of Deh Bakri was renamed Deh Bid as the capital of the new district.[3]
