Tower of London .

Fernando II, Duke of Braganza is executed in Portugal, followed by more than 80 other noblemen, for his plot against the royal crown.

Edward V of England is deposed by his uncle, Richard,
Duke of Gloucester , who becomes King as
Richard III of England .
