Zálezly is a municipality and village in Prachatice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 400 inhabitants.
Zálezly lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) north-west of Prachatice, 46 km (29 mi) west of České Budějovice, and 117 km (73 mi) south of Prague.
