It seems like maybe the subject of the RfC and the Nominator are a little confused by the goal of RfC. The purpose of RfC is to reach an agreement on the dispute. Not just to fire accusations back and forth, but to work towards some kind of consensus about what to do. The nominator has raised some issues about the subject's conduct, but all I have seen take place is "You did it!" and "No I didn't!" and nothing that looks anything like moving towards resolving the dispute.
