This page is written in
American English, which has its own spelling conventions (color, defense, traveled) and some terms that are used in it may be different or absent from other
varieties of English. According to the
relevant style guide, this should not be changed without
broad consensus.
WIth headings such as "Why not try out the editor right now?". This is very counterproductive because you actively interfere with people's established learning methods.

Agree.
I imagine? Endless tension between wiki purists and usability editors.
@
Uralunlucayakli, there's some brief description at
Help:Introduction to editing with Wiki Markup/3, but on the whole, this tutorial is about giving you the bare minimum needed to get started, whereas templates are a bit more advanced. I could see us reworking things to add more about them, though — I'm not sure it totally makes sense to talk about tables right now but not templates. Do others have thoughts? {{u|Sdkb}}talk14:29, 2 November 2023 (UTC)reply
