Welcome to the WikiProject Trucks. This is a
WikiProject to improve articles on
trucks, truckparts and
truck manufacturers. Please feel free to edit this page, but discussions should be kept on the
talk page of this project.
Goals
The purpose of this WikiProject is to co-ordinate articles on light, medium and heavy trucks. It aims to improve the coverage of manufacturers and models, and to make articles on trucks uniform and informative.
Scope
This project proposes to work with all pages related to the type of road or off-road vehicle commonly known as truck or lorry.
Duncan1800 I like lots of different trucks, but I'm based in the USA which limits me somewhat. I do agree about the need for consistency among truck articles and will do what I can to help fix it.
FabioTalk Definitely agree, there needs to be a more uniform article structure on trucks and i think a project may accomplish this.
G®iffen (Semi-participating. Basics om new European models, truck purposes, finding suitable pictures, translating from Scandinavian + eventually German texts)
Tepoo (I'll probably be semi-participant like G®iffen but I definitely agree there should be better consistency amongst lorry related articles. Interested about truck manufacturers from Northern Europe and on more general view keeping articles well formed.)
Truck driver from the USA, 3 years experience. I train new drivers so I have lots of knowledge of truck regulations and whatnot. Doing what I can to improve old articles and create new ones.

Whitfan I'll go in as a semi-participant. Caterpillar and Western Star are my specialty, and anything to do with the Australian industry. (Road Trains FTW!)
DAFMM (
talk) - all British trucks (in particular ERF).

{{vehicle-stub}} for stubs about general automotive topics. Unfortunately, this category contains many articles, so use of one of the more targeted subcategories is recommended:
