Do the new institution contents have the free licenses? If not, why?
Does the institution staff regularly add contents on Wikipedia? If not, why?
Have the necessary rights for CC license release been acquired?
Have special events been promoted to improve collaboration? (such as seminaries, meetings, workshops on how to write articles, etc...)
Have collaborators and external partners been informed? Which feedback did they give?
Which has been the impact on Wikipedia and other Wikimedia projects up today?
How many articles have been created by now? How many of them are “
quality articles ” or “
featured articles ”? Are the trends rising?
How many images have been uploaded? Are they used within articles? → Check

Which and how many are the entries on other Wikipedia editions (i.e. Wikipedia in Spanish, French, Italian...)?
Which and how many are the entries in other Wikipedia “sister” projects (like texts on
Wikisource , lessons in
Wikiversity )?
Did the community discuss about it? Which were the hints?
Have there been any external feedback on the media (newspapers articles, specialized press, sector blogs, etc...)?
Have the contents on Wikipedia been used also by other subjects and in other fields (i.e. school, other websites, etc...)?
Is the CC BY-SA license clear and is it in any page/document?
Has the authorization for the contents use chosen by the institution been told to Wikipedia?
How has your institution press office worked till now?
Do the contents provided by the institution seem really interesting for an encyclopedia?
Did the institution really provide all the available contents, or are there other contents that weren't yet released under free license?
Increase Wikipedians community involvement:
Create a special event to increase the collaboration level among human resources and Wikipedians (i.e. an open meeting where you can discuss how to improve articles and do it live)
