Both users have involvement with the creation of the page, Noob tube. In 2005, Jossi had created and corrected the name of this page which has been deleted many time since. Prior to a speedy Deletion, Joface317 had created the page in an inappropriate manner and therefore I suspected sockpuppetry as the page had been deleted before.
