The above user was registered four days after I blocked Chewygum for copyvios, continues editing in the same topic area [1] [2] and was caught in a Chewygum autoblock. The IP address appears to be residential and not, say, a shared IP at an army base. Both of them claim on their userpages [3] [4] to be a sergent of the Philippine Army Reserve Command serving from 2002 onward (the latest edit on the Chewygum userpage is in 2011). I spotted this while looking into the CCI for Chewygum. Lieutenantpdg (blocked 26 March 2014) has previously been identified as a sockpuppet of Chewygum (blocked 2 March 2014). Lieutenantpdg began being used on 6 March 2014, after Chewygum's block, and I believe a similar situation exists here. Lt Jin Panganiban began being used on 14 April 2014, after the block of Lieutenantpdg. The two most recent accounts have similar names, and both claim to be lieutenants.

All accounts contribute(d) to similar topics and pages, for example:

• 1051st Technical & Administrative Services Unit (Ready Reserve): Created by Chewygum and edited by Lieutenantpdg after Chewy was blocked. Lt Jin Panganiban began editing the page after Lieutenantpdg was blocked.
• 1502nd Infantry Brigade (Ready Reserve): id.
• 15th Infantry Division (Philippines): id.
• 201st Infantry Battalion (Ready Reserve): id.
• 202nd Infantry Battalion (Ready Reserve): id.
• AFP Joint Task Force-National Capital Region: id.
• AFP Northern Luzon Command: id.
• Armed Forces of the Philippines Reserve Command: id.

All three accounts contribute to the same topic areas and pages, claim to be lieutenants in the Philippine Army, and the two most recent accounts began editing after the previous account was blocked.
