This IP issued a warning message on my talk page over the inclusion of an emoji in an edit summary while editing Hurricane Beryl with an aggressive tone. This aggressive tone and accusations of disruptive editing is a common pattern for this LTA (examples 1, 2). Additionally, their contributions reflect a newer user being highly involved with deletion-related topics, as seen with previous socks (examples: 1, 2), along with tropical cyclone/weather topics, a common LTA topic pattern. Additionally, their edits in early 2022 also reflect common Andrew5 topic patterns, with winter-storm related articles being edited. For these reasons, I believe that this IP is a sock of this LTA. I apologize if this is not the right section to post this in (or if I should have opened a second SPI request, which seems extraneous), but I am also suspecting Downerr2937 for the following reasons:

• This similar deletion review warning as the one referenced above, posted to Ganesha811's talk page.
• This seemingly newer user is also well versed in topics known to more those more experienced ("WP:RECENTISM", "BIO1E", etc.).
• Edits mostly to hurricane articles and posting deletion reviews along with associated talk page messages.

So, in summary, there's some overlap with this LTA -- worth looking into. @ Zzuuzz - Thank you as always for looking into this and taking action. If it's worth anything, one of the confirmed socks did make a nasty post on ChrisWx's talk page after the IP's SPI above was opened.
