Regarding many contentious and troublesome edits to Richmond, California, I suspect this user of being a sockpuppeteer, with at least one active sockpuppet currently. The user Qrc2006 seems to be currently editing as Cholga. Their tone and the poor quality of their writing are practically identical. They also from time to time edit using what (I assume) are their IPs when not logged in: both 71.142.91.34 and 71.142.87.194. They may also maintain other sockpuppets, used for editing this article or others.
Their edits to this article have resulted in long-running battles in attempts to reverse their degradation of the article, particularly in their stubborn insistence on retaining certain poor-quality and inappropriate images, and a similar insistence on reverting back to erroneous edits of text.
