The following are all accounts created by Bluegoblin7
Long list of accounts
  • Supporting evidence: See checkuser-l for a full explanation. Bluegoblin7 was found to be operating good hand bad hand socks at multiple wikis in a ruse to gain sysop access. Here on en-wiki, they were given access to the account creation tool. [1] I believe that some of the above accounts might be legitimate, and that others will be socks for his farm. We need to try to determine which are which. Jehochman Talk 12:03, 26 October 2008 (UTC) reply

Relisted Thanks for fixing the templates, East718. I thought that some had edited. Checkuser help is needed for these:

Please note that WashingManwithwings ( talk · contribs) was blocked indefinitely as a sockpuppet of Chris19910 ( talk · contribs). A checkuser performed by Eptalon ( talk · contribs) on the Simple English Wikipedia (where both BG7 and Washing edit) revealed that they were unrelated. I believe this needs to be clarified too. Thanks, PeterSymonds ( talk) 19:36, 26 October 2008 (UTC) reply
As to the Simple English Wikipedia CU results, WashingManwithwings ( talk · contribs) was matched to Chris19910 ( talk · contribs) but as with the previous RfCU (below), Bluegoblin7 is on a separate ISP with absolutely no crossover of IP use while there is overlap in editing (including simultanious edits) . Checkuser-l has been informed of the basic results of the check on Simple. Creol ( talk) 20:40, 26 October 2008 (UTC) reply

Red X Unrelated to any other users are:

  • Anithyanand
  • Cole12321
  • H2c02
  • DORC
  • Klty69
  • Markashworth
  • Waqas Anwar
  • Womanontheinfluence

Hooganmaestro, Wanghoujiangxiang and Johan Chen are  Stale.

On these grounds, I think it is likely that all his account creations are genuine. Just a thought -- are there records kept for the ACC tool? Could we determine whether they were requested?

I am not sure about the links between BlueGoblin7 and Chris19910 and am following up. Sam Korn (smoddy) 23:00, 26 October 2008 (UTC) reply

Having discussed this matter with various CUs from different wikis, we do not feel that the evidence linking Bluegoblin7 and the various accounts of Chris19910 is strong enough to merit the block. Bluegoblin7 has been unlocked globally and I have unblocked locally. Sam Korn (smoddy) 23:46, 26 October 2008 (UTC) reply
Awkward... Can East718 run his blocking script in reverse now? — Wknight94 ( talk) 00:19, 27 October 2008 (UTC) reply
Awkward indeed. :/ All unblocked; there were no autoblocks (so nobody was wrongly affected). Hopefully we're all done here for now. east718 // talk // email // 00:56, 27 October 2008 (UTC) reply
I have Bluegoblins IP for the last 11 days and within those time, his ip has changed over 15 times but one thing remained constant which was his ISP, which is the reason I don't think he is Chris19910 since chris is on 2 other ISP's but his and secondly, I don't think Chris19910 is a sockmaster, I believe the real sockmaster is User:Iamandrewrice which simply means User:Iamandrewrice is actually User:Chris19910 and they are not 2 different people, a CU will find that both have something in similar, firstly both use OPAL and both have had these ip ranges, 78.*.*.*, 84.13.*.* as well ....-- Comet styles 05:49, 27 October 2008 (UTC) reply
  • Supporting evidence: Admin East718 states that they have obtained evidence, and a confession, via IRC that is user is operating a massive sockfarm. [2] The user was blocked. They protested, and because the evidence is not transparent, I have unblocked them pending the outcome of this RFCU. I do not think IRC channel ops are a substitute for checkuser. Please handle with urgency. If there is socking, we want to empty the entire drawer and identify the master account. Jehochman Talk 16:03, 14 July 2008 (UTC) reply

Note from B G 7even

All, before the CU is carried out i just want to mention this:

  1. Shanner191 has been blocked
  2. Accounts coming from one of the IP addresses will be my school
  3. There may be some tram related accounts from before I knew policy. I cannot remember. If they exist, I would never have edited with them except the tram related edits all within a few days of creation.

Thanks, B G 7even 16:07, 14 July 2008 (UTC) reply

The IP i edit on the most is 86.151.50.146. I have never used the one on the ANI. Hopefully the CU will confirm this. B G 7even 16:58, 14 July 2008 (UTC) reply
Note from Xp54321 ( Hello!Contribs) : I hold a large amount of emails from both Chris19910 and Bluegoblin7. They may be forwarded to any interested user, admin, or checkuser here.-- Xp54321 ( Hello!Contribs) 16:30, 14 July 2008 (UTC) reply
