V.Z. vs -jkb-

V.Z (now Zacheus) states that he never had anything with -jkb-. I saw attacks on -jkb- on Czech, Slovak, English and Meta (usually by anonyms or one-purpose accounts). Several other users were attackes in similar way.

  • [2]: in article Reconcilee created by VZ he named -jkb- as a prominent and the only example of reconcilee. While this doesn't say "Communist secret police agent" it strongly suggests traitorous cooperation with the StB.
    • Incomplete collection of attacks on -jkb- was documented here: [3] (e.g. similarly by User:Semenáč [4]).
  • On blog of VZ [6] (in Czech) -jkb- (an others) are frequently attacked. VZ uses nicks Gyu Peters and Filip Marek. On of such articles is [7], a direct attack on -jkb-.
    • Taking on the whole Wiki is the "list of fascists on en:" [8], where VZ humbly puts himself among the "fighters against Wikipedia fascism".
  • Large quantity of attacks and disruptions on Czech Wiki is documented in the arbitration against VZ (the process took 4 months): [9].
    • Recent request to reopen his arbitration on Czech Wiki [10] lists, among other VZs intention to publish photo of -jkb- [11].
    • An older explicit threat to publish -jkb-s personal data is here [12].

Zacheus' assertion

I never claim that I had never anything with -jkb-. Quite opposite is true. I know -jkb- personally and we e-mailed a lot. I just claim that no accussation made by -jkb- against me is true.

Mr. Vozenilek repeat -jkb-'s tactic to mix me with a known vandal called "Czech vandal with a grudge". I feel this as a breach of WP:CIV and WP:AGF. I was checked negatively many times. If it is needed I can look at vandal's edits in order to find out whether I don't have alibi for the edits.

I ask whether Mr. Vozenilek has a right to speculate about any pseudonyms outside wiki.

I repeat again that I didn't write about -jkb-, but rather about famous Jan Koukal, who is a public person.

I have full right to inform outside wiki about public persons.

In my philosophical conviction trockyists and other communist fascists are enemies of freedom of speech, ensured by the First Amendment and Art. 10 European Convention of Human Rights.

Yes, Wikimol and Rum convicted me in on cs:. Both were my known personal enemies who refused to recuse. Such a lynching has no validity here.

It was no intention, but just information that I can prove that I know -jkb- personally. It was neither on en:, nor on cs:, but rather on sk:.

I wonder how Mr. Vozenilek knows that it was -jkb-'s personal data.

Evidence presented by -jkb-

evidences -jkb- vs. V.Z. and other names done

I guess I did all necessary evidences in my request Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Zacheus-jkb#Statement by -jkb- and my comment Wikipedia talk:Requests for arbitration/Zacheus-jkb#Responses by -jkb- to other statements. If needed I will answer gladly other questions.

I know that in my evidences there are some sources not in English (mostly in Czech). Although I left Czechoslovakia 1968 for West Germany, I can provide all necessary translations. Anyhow I would propose these translations will be made by someone else - there is a suficient amount of Czech speaking users, editing on en.wiki but not involved in the cs.wiki.

Although I do not edit on this domain anymore you can use my talk page here, I will check it (otherwise, see s:cs:User:-jkb- or de:User:-jkb-). Thx, -jkb- (cs.source) 13:41, 4 July 2007 (UTC) reply

Additional evidence

With a surprise I saw this edit [13] where a user who had no account here is asking to add some evidences (see User:Cs che/notes); obviously it did not happen, although there is a new point which I knew before neither.

It is an of one of the sockpuppets of the innvolved User Zacheus here, where he wrote "... na en ...pravděpodobný agent StB Jan Koukal z Berlína, neboli -jkb-..." i.e. "... [working] on en[wiki] ...the probably agent of StB [= the communist secret police] Jan Koukal from Berlin that means -jkb-..." (i.e. police agent and both names in one short sentence). The sockpuppet has been identified by checkuser (see User:Cs che/notes). -jkb- (cs.source) 09:42, 7 July 2007 (UTC) reply

Clerk note: Because the information presented in the edit on my page contained identifying information about a user, I suggested that it be submitted via e-mail rather than posted on-wiki. It would be helpful if an uninvolved Czech-speaking editor were to comment on the meaning of the links provided. Newyorkbrad 09:49, 7 July 2007 (UTC) reply
•The User:Cs che/notes or cs:User:Che is a member of the arbitration committee of the Czech Wikipedia and a candidate for the new committee (elections proceeding now); the admins of cs.wiki are to be found at cs:Wikipedie:Nástěnka správců (admins' desk), or cs:Wikipedie:Pod lípou (scriptorium / village pump), English in all cases ok.
•The text and the links in the text above do not contain any information to the person, just names of user accounts, just like I have never given here some informations on that user, I have just linked when necessary to user accounts as the user has such accounts in cs.wiki and in some other projects as well.

Evidence in puncto legal threat

After I posted in my statement the sentence "further, he anounced legal threats against one of my colleague" (see Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Zacheus-jkb#Statement by -jkb-), Zacheus denied this: "5. I never made any legal threat" (see Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Zacheus-jkb#Statement by Zacheus). But, he threatended an admin on cs.wikisource with the words "Na [...] jste se dopustil trestného činu podle § 178 odst. 2 trestního zákona. Pokud prokážete účinnou lítost a následky svého trestného činu odstraníte, nepodám na Vás trestní oznámení.", i.e. "on ...[page on cs.source] you have done a delict according to § 178 para 2 of the penalt code. If you will substantielly regret this and if you return your criminal delict to the origin stage, I will not bring any criminal charge against you..." (approximate translation only). This happened after a sockpuppet of Zacheus has been blocked on cs.wikisource for vandalism and identified like this, the legal threat is obtained in an E-mail of Zacheus to the admin. The original can be provided via OTRS. -jkb- (cs.source) 17:16, 10 July 2007 (UTC) reply

WP:NLT
I don't know why to deal here with a problem from 24-Sep-2006 between me and User:Egg (not -jkb-), who is not the member of the plaintiff party, on the Wikisource. WP:NLT stated in that time: "It's also often courteous to ask a site operator — the community in this case — to assist and to notify the other party prior to seeking restraining orders or police assistance to protect yourself from possible threats." I just informed Egg that I thought over seeking police assistance to protect me before his revelation of my personal data on the Wikisource. Exporting personal problems to other domains

In the same time as he posted the proposal Exporting of the drama [14] on July 18 in the morning, the user Zacheus started a huge campaign of edits on sk.wiki (over 160 up to now, see [15], with attacks on user of the cs.wiki, attacks on cs.wiki as a whole, edit wars in articles written by users from cs.wiki (some 15 edits, reverts and moves of sk:Gdaňský školský samovražedný incident, formerly Anna Hallman, on July 23th only, dozens later), reverting or deleting links to the arbitration with him, and "recommendations" to some admins of sk.wiki to stop to criticize him otherwise they must be desysoped. (This activity is one of the points that have to be considered in the new re-opened arbitration against him on July 25th 2007, see [personal data removed].) I strongly insist on the fact that the behaviour of a user in other subdomains of Mediawiki projects is a in-wiki problem, not a off-wiki one. -jkb- (cs.source) 17:37, 27 July 2007 (UTC) I removed my personal data. זכי TalkContributionsEdit counter 06:44, 30 July 2007 (UTC) reply

Please, don't import the drama from sk: or cs:, you were already asked not to do that. My activities on sk: or cs: has no connection to this case. זכי TalkContributionsEdit counter 06:44, 30 July 2007 (UTC) reply

Fascists on en.wiki

By the way, the last edit where the User:Zacheus etc. claims that admins etc. on en.wiki are fascists is dated on 24th July 2007 (see [16] (the sentence "...naproti tomu na en: podobní fašisté již dávno prohráli..." means "... on en.wiki similar fascists had lost...") - talking about admins and arbitration committee, -jkb- (cs.source) 17:48, 1 August 2007 (UTC) reply

Please, stop your lying, it is boring. I don't talk about en: admins or the arbitration committee as you intentionally wrongly suggest in order to desinterpret me and put me in a bad light, but rather about fraud off-wiki proposers. It has nothing to do with this arbitration, but rather with cs:, so please stop importing this another totally unrelated drama. זכי TalkContributionsEdit counter 15:40, 2 August 2007 (UTC) reply

Blame the victim approach

-jkb- has never asked me to correct, change or remove any text about him on my blog. I feel that the commence of this arbitration is continuation of his blame the victim approach.

On contrary, I asked him many times to stop his revealing of my identity, for example: User talk:-jkb-/Archive1#Stop harassing me and stalking me immediately!, he continued with his harassment [17], [18]. זכי TalkContributionsEdit counter 11:06, 20 July 2007 (UTC) reply
