This Redirect, which looks like it's coming from project space, is linked to a User page with a questionable essay that is currently being discussed at MFD ( Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/User:Skomorokh/thekidinafrica). Since it's unclear whether or not the User page will be deleted, I thought I'd go ahead and nominate the Redirect. I don't think essays in User space should have redirects coming from project space. • Delete: Even if this is kept at MfD (and given that it's in userspace it might be), I don't think that this should be kept as a project space redirect to userspace. There are some examples of this where the userspace pages are very commonly used, for example, WP:AFDSORT to User:SDZeroBot/AfD sorting but this redirect seems to be scantly used both in terms of incoming links and page views. • Wait until the MfD closes. The is long-standing consensus that some Wikipedia namespace shortcuts to user-space essays are appropriate, so there is no basis on which to summarily delete this one. I strongly recommend waiting until the MfD concludes before discussing it though - if the MfD closes as delete then the redirect will be subject to speedy deletion under criterion G8, wasting any time spent discussing it here. If the MfD closes with some other outcome then that consensus will be important in determining what the appropriate action regarding the shortcut is.
