Ambiguous R cat shortcut - for 5 years this targeted Template:R from case citation and was used in the sense of "a legal case", in January this year it was unilaterally retargeted to Template:R from other capitalisation to be used in the sense of "Upper and Lower case letters". • Delete. <creator> There are actually four rcat templates that are plausible targets for this ambiguously titled redirect, possibly five:
  • {{ R from case citation}}, for court case
  • {{ R from other capitalisation}}, for alternative case
  • {{ R from miscapitalisation}}, for incorrect case
  • {{ R from CamelCase}}, example MainPage (historic titling)
  • {{ R from modification}}, very general, so only if no better target exists

• This is an interesting case. The Regional indicator symbol article explains that the emoji national flags are generated by two-character combinations from the regional indicator symbol subset. For example, REGIONAL INDICATOR SYMBOL LETTER U and REGIONAL INDICATOR SYMBOL LETTER S together make the US flag: 🇺🇸 (if your system supports it). As noted in the deprecated sequences table on that page, SU is the reserved code for the Soviet Union, but no emoji has been created yet, as far as I can tell.
