Very dubious target; I've never heard this phrase used in this sense. Nearly every use of this phrase in English Wikipedia (including the two films Auto Driver and Auto Driver (2015 film)) is in the Indian English sense of " auto rickshaw driver", though auto rickshaw itself doesn't contain the phrase "auto driver". In other varieties of English it's a rather uncommon way of clarifying that you mean " automobile driver" as opposed to "bus driver" or "device driver" [1]. Not sure what to do with this. Delete? While this phrase could be understood to be referring to pests that are vegetables (in the sense of referring to plants) and this would be the right target, it is just as or more likely to refer to pests that target vegetables, such as various insects.
