Quoting the Oxford Dictionary of National Biography article on Monnine: "It is not clear when and how the identification was made between the founder of Killevy, who died in 517, and St Modwenna [Modwen] of Burton (fl. before 12th cent.), whose bones were enshrined in the abbey of Burton upon Trent." In other words it's a stretch. So Modwena should redirect to Modwenna anyway, I think. This is the name of a Russian anti-gay group that has well referenced articles in the Spanish, French and Russian Wikipedias, and with plenty of English-language sources covering at least 2013-2019 it seems very likely that they are notable. They get quite a few mentions in the LGBT history in Russia article, but that section is a huge wall of prose that probably needs splitting off into an article of its own so it's not easy to find in there the relevant content.
