The result of the debate was keep, obviously. Friday (talk) 18:07, 30 October 2007 (UTC) reply

Why put such a thing on Wikipedia? It critisizes our site and the work Jimbo Wales set up. So delete this article. We can't have our site critisized!-- Angel David 13:28, 30 October 2007 (UTC) reply

  • Keep - page is marked as an essay and raises several valid points. John Carter 14:04, 30 October 2007 (UTC) reply
  • Keep - It's an essay. Wikipedia is not a fascist dictatorship or a communism (that's what's so great about it!).-- WaltCip 14:05, 30 October 2007 (UTC) reply
  • Keep - I agree with walt, its an essay. If you can prove that its completely wrong then i would say remove. But until then i consider it a lengthy text without swears, and some valid points. In short, keep(It also proves wikipedias unbiased attitude towards information, if you ask me). -- Excirial ( Talk, Contribs) 14:09, 30 October 2007 (UTC) reply
  • Keep - Just because one doesn't like the content doesn't mean that the page should be deleted. This page is a nice repository of many of the flaws that currently exist within the Wikipedia system. However, I do think that this page, along with its sister page, needs to be cleaned up badly. • Strong Keep Criticism is what makes us stronger. Full disclosure of our flaws makes us more credible in the eyes of professionals. Awareness makes us improve the site and whittle away at such criticisms. Red China may not approve of such tactics, but republics (which is what we seem to be, since we definitely cannot be classified as a democracy, thank god), thrive on free speech criticisms. Wikipedia is not censored.-- 12 Noon 15:56, 30 October 2007 (UTC) reply
