Wikipedia:Articles for deletion

The Articles For Deletion process encourages gross incivility, personal attacks, assumptions of bad faith, biting of newcomers and wikidrama, all of which are rampant in deletion discussions. In addition, it discourages article writing and is a waste of editors' time, time which could be better spent writing GAs. J.L.W.S. The Special One ( talk) 10:49, 1 April 2008 (UTC) reply

  • Comment I'm hoping that this nomination is a joke but, just in case it isn't my "vote" is Keep. The process doesn't encourage any of the bad behaviour stated above. All of said bad behaviour is down to individual editors and can be avoided if people just "got along". Writing good articles is very important and part of the process is learning what are bad articles and why. Jasynnash2 ( talk) 10:56, 1 April 2008 (UTC) reply
