The result of the discussion was: speedy keep. Procedural keep. The deletion rationale is not clear and user is globally banned already. We often keep userpages when such users are blocked or banned. I encourage the nominator to re-read WP:Blocking policy so they can better understand why and how to nominate pages for deletion. I'll concede MfD is a tricky place to start.
