User:CharlotteWebb/dubious statistics

Linked only from one AFD. Obvious joke page in reference to the Dragon Ball Z "It's OVER NINE THOUSAND" meme. Creator is retired. Harmless but could attract people from certain snarky anti-Wikipedia sites. Ten Pound Hammer, his otters and a clue-bat • ( Many ottersOne batOne hammer) 02:29, 3 March 2010 (UTC) reply

  • Comment Where has the creator declared retirement? I can't see anything at the user/talkpage, nor in contribs. If it's just a wikibreak, the author deserves to be notified of this, at least. -- Quiddity ( talk) 08:42, 3 March 2010 (UTC) reply
  • Keep. This needs more light and activity, not to be swept under the rug. The link was originally sent to the WikiEN-l mailing list, to give context. -- Quiddity ( talk) 08:42, 3 March 2010 (UTC) reply
  • Keep If certain snarky anti WP sites have to use this page to make fun of WP, we'll be in great shape. It looks harmless. I don't even know the meme, but I still think it's funny.-- SPhilbrick T 21:32, 3 March 2010 (UTC) reply

  • Keep I think it's suitible for a user's Userpage, AND maybe will spur someone on to check that nobody has been sneaking in some silly "over 9000s" throughout the wiki. SmokingNewton ( talk) 04:07, 5 March 2010 (UTC) reply
  • Keep. Good use of userpace. Attention attracted, snarky or otherwise, would be well founded and not to be feared. Problems, such as the over 9000 cases of weasel asserted statistics, some argue, should be fixed, not hidden from criticism. -- SmokeyJoe ( talk) 22:55, 5 March 2010 (UTC) reply
