Delete Similar to Portal:Mayotte and Portal:French Polynesia, the subject of this minimalist portal (pop. <300k) does not meet the breadth-of-subject-area requirement of the WP:POG guideline. Portal:France can cover this more than adequately. UnitedStatesian ( talk) 21:31, 13 May 2019 (UTC)

- Delete - But do not necessarily agree that the subject is not important enough. An overseas collectivity of France is a first-level administrative subdivision, like a state of the United States or of India, except that France is a unitary republic, so that subdivisions are not fully self-governing, as in India or the US.
