The result of the discussion was: delete . If an established editor really wants to adopt this and take it to mainspace, I'm willing to WP:REFUND it to them for that purpose. RL0919 ( talk) 20:44, 1 March 2019 (UTC) reply

Draft:Rice Powell ( | talk | history | links | watch | logs)

COI spam. Not notable and repeatedly resubmitted Joseph 2302 ( talk) 17:43, 12 February 2019 (UTC) reply

Why delete? Hi there, I was encouraged to take part in the deletion discussion on this page, so please let me kindly state my point of view here: With every re-submission, I have considered your comments and adapted the article accordingly - we added more reliable sources and edited the text to have every single word accounted for by references. And now, it is considered spam? The article does not include any promotional or advertising content, in contrary, every fact is validated by the quoted sources. Also, I have willingly disclosed my identity from the very beginning. As to the so-claimed missing notability: he is steering a company which is world-leading in its industry and also is part of the Prime Standard’s 30 largest German companies in terms of order book volume and market capitalization and thus subject to broad public interest. Including this article will augment the knowledge held by the Wikipedia encyclopedia. I am under the impression that this draft is being blocked from publication only due to the fact that it was created by a paid editor. How else do you explain that there are numerous other DAX30 CEO profiles published on the English Wikipedia very similar to this article? I do not want to offend anyone, I'm just really trying to understand why this article is being treated so differently compared to all the similar articles that are already published on Wikipedia without anyone minding them. -- Stefanie at FMC CorpCom ( talk) 10:48, 13 February 2019 (UTC) reply

  • Stefanie at FMC CorpCom, get some editing experience before creating new pages. Rice Powell does not look to pass the inclusion criterion WP:BIO, and the best sources are all really about Fresenius, and so WP:BIO1E will apply. Speaking of Fresenius, why is there not a sentence at Fresenius Medical Care about Powell? That is the sort of editing to improve existing content that needs doing before creating new content. This will be hard for you, because you have a WP:COI and are only allowed to make suggestions on the talk page. To get that experience I mentioned, you need to edit topics you are not closely connected to. — SmokeyJoe ( talk) 11:59, 21 February 2019 (UTC) reply

References 1-5 establish WP:GNG-meeting notability. Barely, each contains the same barely-enough material, but barely means yes. I predict that this would be kept at AfD,. -- SmokeyJoe ( talk) 04:20, 23 February 2019 (UTC) reply
