Original of this was speedy deleted under WP:A7. The deletion was brought to review at Wikipedia:Deletion review/Log/2017 April 4, where it was endorsed. This draft is almost an exact copy-paste replica of the deleted article. I argued at the review that it might be possible to write a new draft about this subject, but such a draft would need to be a total rewrite, with good sources. - As far as I can see, there's no indication the person meets our notability standards, so I don't see any reason to keep any of this. We're not a free web hosting service. --

- I'm fairly sure all parties here understand the principle behind
WP:NOTWEBHOST, but the fact that
Jamesjpk is doing a rewrite certainly indicates this article should be kept. This page is in draftspace, it's being rewritten, and Jamesjpk likely needs time to find RS.
