Delete. I have trouble believing the image contributor actually created and owns the copyright to what is described as an "early" image of the man.

Image description also claims: "Copyright belongs to Hard-Fi HQ, however the image has been released to public domain by the author through the official website, Hard-Fi.com Gallery and the bands official MySpace, MySpace.com/Hardfi." This is a) incompatible with a release under a Creative Commons license, and b) releasing an image on a publically accessible website is NOT the same as releasing it into public domain. Unless the release has been confirmed (could somebody contact the band?), delete as replaceable fair use. -
