Image looks like a screencap from a TV series, not an "own work". If you do a reverse Google search on the image, you'll see numerous similar images of the actor with similar garb (ex: scarf around neck) labeled "Jigyasa Singh as Thapki". If you search for Jigyasa Singh, you'll find more photos of her, and without the scarf around her neck. So, this appears to be a character, thus it appears to be a screencap. Invalid public domain tag, this image does not appear to be a work of the US Federal government. Dylsss( talk contribs) 03:07, 22 February 2021 (UTC) reply

  • Delete, photo appears to be the work of Elite Tactical Sources, Inc., and very unlikely to meet WP:NFCC. Wikiacc ( ) 00:23, 23 February 2021 (UTC) reply
  • Delete - The uploader provides the source and is confused about licensing staing on the upload "If licensing information is incorrect, please change at your disgression.". It is not public domain nor is there any way this could be converted for non-free usage. -- Whpq ( talk) 00:30, 24 February 2021 (UTC) reply

Looks like this Tweet used a stock photo: https://tineye.com/search/0a356e3a705cf8156b8f04b75f0ffa5401cb84f2. As it wasn't produced by the Federal government, it is not in the public domain, which means this file is a derivative of a non-free work. Dylsss( talk contribs) 04:31, 22 February 2021 (UTC) reply

File:Lindsay Hawker picture by Tatsuya Ichihashi.jpg ( delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Yohan euan o4 ( notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

The file is a drawing of Lindsay Hawker by her murderer, and is said to be "an important artifact in the case". However, the corresponding article already has File:LindsayHawker.jpg as the identification of the victim, while the nominated file has no contextual significance (For example, if the drawing described some criminal motives of the murderer, then it would be OK), and serves only as an extra identification.
The file therefore fails WP:NFCC#3a and WP:NFCC#8, and should be deleted. 廣九直通車 ( talk) 10:43, 22 February 2021 (UTC) reply

  • Delete - There is no claim to it being used for identification for the article so the presence of the other photo is not relevant. However, there is only a brief mention of this photo in the article and its removal does not detract from the understanding of the topic. Fails WP:NFCC#8. - Whpq ( talk) 00:46, 24 February 2021 (UTC) reply
