Not sure if the mural in the background is considered de minimis. Image is not used anywhere. Ixfd64 ( talk) 06:34, 26 December 2021 (UTC)

Image de-PRODded, so I'm taking it here. The cover art of UK/European CD2 release is extraneous and unnecessary for the project. One wanted it still used and displayed just to differentiate from other releases using various covers... and tracklists. However, displaying the CD2 cover art hasn't improve understanding of the song in question, and deleting it wouldn't make any difference to most readers. It may fail WP:NFCC#8 and WP:NFC#CS and WP:NFCC#3a. George Ho ( talk) 20:12, 26 December 2021 (UTC)

Image de-PRODded, so I'm taking it here. The cover art of the Australian limited edition single release... It looks similar to some other editions of the single. However, it also literally identifies itself as "Australian Limited Edition" and includes the "Bonus Poster" banner. I think about keeping at least one of cover arts used in Everlong article. Also, just one cover would suffice enough to identify the song in context. Unfortunately, this cover art isn't it, and having more than one cover art may conflict with WP:NFCC#3a. Of course, one would disagree. George Ho ( talk) 20:35, 26 December 2021 (UTC)

Source was a self published blog. I can't find any other sources using the same image, so I suspect that there is either some copyright fuckery afoot, or the blogger made the image himself. Ten Pound Hammer • ( What did I screw up now?) 23:22, 26 December 2021 (UTC)

I uploaded the one I believed to be the standard artwork (looks either grayscaled or colored) in the PNG format. I intended to replace the other cover art (in JPEG format) that uses blue foreground color. The intent was contested per assumption about the artwork itself and population of one country vs. another, so I'm bringing them both here.
The artwork that I uploaded was used by the following releases: one made in the Netherlands, another made in the Netherlands, one of Australian singles, Italian single. Others using same artwork but in different shape and size: US promo, New Zealand tape. The blue-foreground version: UK vinyl and UK CD1. Of course, discogs is not the right source to verify information in articles. However, I guess the images from that site can verify well.
Using more than one cover art has been normally discouraged. If this case would be no exception as I believe, then let's use the PNG one that I uploaded, i.e. the one that does not use blue foreground. George Ho ( talk) 23:32, 26 December 2021 (UTC)
