The only use for this non-free image seems to be decorative. It's used at Shaken,_not_stirred#Purpose_of_shaking for the unsourced contrast that the novel Bond prefers Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee while the film shows the usage of this machine. After that, the actual image of the machine is just decoration for that statement. Ricky81682 ( talk) 01:10, 5 July 2016 (UTC)

Uploader has claimed "own work" on all his uploads, many of which are blatant copyright violations. This raises doubts as to the claims of "own work" on the remaining files. Whpq ( talk) 01:39, 5 July 2016 (UTC)

Personal image uploaded by the subject, based on the username. Given that he's in the picture, he can't have the authority to release it into the public domain. Also meant to be used in Rui Delgado, which has since been deleted, so not of use to the encyclopedia. Currently an orphan. ~ Rob13 Talk 03:31, 5 July 2016 (UTC)

See here, where the uploading user states it's a photo of himself. Didn't take the photo, so he can't release it into the public domain. ~ Rob13 Talk 03:58, 5 July 2016 (UTC)

Seems like it was previously published on https://plus.google.com/+timesindia/posts/WVc257eqm8y, and I don't see a free license. Jo-Jo Eumerus ( talk, contributions) 08:50, 5 July 2016 (UTC)

Given to me by my friend
and the EXIF data reminiscent of Facebook images mean we probably need evidence that the "giving" also entails the permission to relicense the file.

A 1887 publication falls under {{ PD-US-1923-abroad}} and most likely {{ PD-Australia}} as well. Jo-Jo Eumerus ( talk, contributions) 09:05, 5 July 2016 (UTC)

Fails NFCC #3 - multiple logos on page, so this does not come under minimal use. Mdann52 ( talk) 21:04, 5 July 2016 (UTC)
Keep Logo is one of five showing the topic's logo history from inception to present day, a commendable historical rendition. NFCC #3 is satisfied as each logo is used only once and it's historical era clearly captioned. One logo does not substitute for another across the topic's history. – Conrad T. Delete as the article in which this image is embedded has no reliably sourced critical commentary for the appearance of Cliff Simon as the fictional character Ba'al, and fails WP:NFCC#8 because it does not significantly increase readers' understanding of the prose (nor is its omission detrimental to understanding said prose). Furthermore, this file lacks a detailed fair-use rationale for its use in contravention of WP:NFCC#10c. — fourthords | =Λ= | 21:08, 5 July 2016 (UTC)
