The only use for this non-free image seems to be decorative. It's used at Shaken,_not_stirred#Purpose_of_shaking for the unsourced contrast that the novel Bond prefers Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee while the film shows the usage of this machine. Personal image uploaded by the subject, based on the username. Given that he's in the picture, he can't have the authority to release it into the public domain. Keep Logo is one of five showing the topic's logo history from inception to present day, a commendable historical rendition. NFCC #3 is satisfied as each logo is used only once and it's historical era clearly captioned. One logo does not substitute for another across the topic's history. – Conrad T. Delete as the article in which this image is embedded has no reliably sourced critical commentary for the appearance of Cliff Simon as the fictional character Ba'al, and fails WP:NFCC#8 because it does not significantly increase readers' understanding of the prose (nor is its omission detrimental to understanding said prose). Keep as the character image makes reliable identification by novices possible whereas a long text description or the aged actor image would not. The image substitutes for text (a single picture, a thousand words), a reasonable and fair use, consistent with intellectual property owners interests, or at least no harm. The Cliff Simon image is well received but is not Ba'al and no substitute. WP:NFCC#8 is satisfied as Ba'al is then easily recognized by those wanting so, a material and significant understanding.
