File:Sonic X Trading Card Game 092.jpg ( delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Slordak ( notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

I have boldly merged the content of the article Sonic X Trading Card Game into the article Sonic X. I have omitted this image of a trading card, because I feel it's addition to the Sonic X article would be superfluous. There are already two non-free files that exist in the Sonic X article, and I am worried adding this one will breach WP:NFCC#3 in that the addition of this image is not absolutely necessary for the benefit of the article. Since the file is now orphaned, deletion is advisable per WP:NFCC#7. Mz7 ( talk) 02:18, 20 April 2014 (UTC) reply

Although we OTRS permission from the photographer, the underlying CD cover, case, disc, and contents are not owned by the uploader and as a 2-dimensional work, this is considered a derivative copy. TLSuda ( talk) 20:58, 20 April 2014 (UTC) reply
