This is a high quality image of the father of the
hydrogen bomb that has high EV. In an effort to make full disclosure, in the future I may nominate
File:EdwardTeller1958.jpg.
Oppose. Good quality photos from that time are hard to come by. This photo's quality isn't terrible, but I don't think it's good enough to become a featured picture.

It's not that bad, though it could use some light cleaning. Unfortunately, it's rather small.

Since no one has responded, I am going to assume that this request for general cleanup is not specific enough. Are there any specifics that I could add to the request?--

I added restored (cleaned up & contrast enhanced) file as requested at the

The restored file actually looks a bit washed-out to me. Black and white photography tends to have a bit more tonal range than that...

Support I have tonal better version loaded.

Weak Support edit Not thrilled with the image's size, but it's educational and well-restored.

Comment: I have to say that the restored version looks a little washed-out.

Per J Milburn, the blacks could definately be pumped up a little bit. Fallschirmjäger ✉ 18:23, 13 June 2010 (UTC)reply
Weak support edit. Good EV (in the articles for Teller and Oppenheimer) outweighs my concerns about its marginal size and quality, given that it's a historical photo. --
