Your admin coaching should give you great advice, but I'm happy to offer a few suggestions:
First of all, I'm glad lad to see you're participating in
WP:ADOPT, but I would suggest some humility: "Hi, I am one of the most technically advanced editors here on wikipedia and I have been here for nearly one year, I am an expert in Wiki language and html, I would be willing to adopt you..." (from
here). Along the same vein, you list a "Featured Subpage" on your user page, and while "featured" is a bit ambiguous, on Wikipedia it is a claim to something earned (e.g.,
WP:FA), so that part of your page seems a bit misleading and overly self-promoting.
Regarding your contributions, if you really want to use
Highfields School as your banner article, you need to get it past Start class—at least GA status, probably FA status. You would also do well to don the reviewers hat yourself more and participate in
WP:GAN, et al. Apart from learning about the various processes of Wikipedia, adminship requires that you use the tools given to you to do administrator stuff—and a lot more than blocking vandals. In my humble non-admin opinion, you must utilize all the tools you currently have to assist in admin-space before they will grant you more tools to do more; get started at

Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
In the past I have been involved in an argument between myself and two other parties (see
here) and I tried, fairly succesfully, to withdraw myself from the debate, look at the bigger picture and then look for a compromise although the argument hasn't been totally settled yet
