Thanks for notifying me, this is my own image and I have identified it as a PD image. There was a typo in the note which the bot probably picked up. FWiW Bzuk (talk) 21:09, 2 July 2008 (UTC).

Hi. Thanks for the speed of your response. :) This particular image was not tagged by a bot, though a bot completed its listing here, but by User:Fasach Nua, who seems to have some concern that you might not have authorization to release this image. I'm assuming that you are the graphic designer who developed this logo for the organization. Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials suggests that you might place a notice at the website, [2], releasing the image under GFDL or into public domain. Alternatively, you might send an e-mail to "permissions-en AT wikimedia DOT org" releasing the image with the boilerplate release letter here. A Wikimedia volunteer will receive the letter and clear the image for use here. -- Moonriddengirl (talk) 21:21, 2 July 2008 (UTC) reply
The logo can legitimately be used under fair use. On this basis, I have removed the disputed {{ PD-self}} tag and added {{ Logo fur}} and {{ Non-free logo}} tags. Revert me if I have misunderstood the situation. -- Eastmain ( talk) 16:18, 8 July 2008 (UTC) reply
