@ LunaticBFF58, No need to prove anything. The standard process requires that the requester should be well-established, and the target account shouldn't have any edits (some minor edits are okay). In your case, the former requirement is not met, but the latter is met as the target account has 21 minor edits and has been inactive for the last 2 years. Major edits are in userspace.
