Nominator's rationale: The Italian word Presidente (of C.d.A.) means chairman of the board of directors. Except Inter had Presidente and vice-president (
They did not used Vice-Presidente for Zanetti's role even in their Italian webpage), all club had Presidente as chairman and Vice-Presidente as vice-chairman of BoD, but no of these equal to the role
President (corporate title), except Zanetti. Moreover, as the cat tree was mirrored English football, and
Roman Abramovich was not chairman nor president of Chelsea, and
Rezart Taçi was the indirect owner of Parma but not chairman, as well as the speedy C2C was declined, the cat should renamed as "Parma Calcio 1913 chairmen and investors" (but not "Parma Calcio 1913 chairmen")

Comment -- I am far from sure whether being a football club owner is notable, but this is clearly part of an established tree. If kept, rename to match siblings: we certainly do not need separate categories for those with other ownership roles.

Matthew_hk made a speedy nomination. An objection suggested a different rename target. Matthew_hk accepted the change. So the CFD was good to roll, unless there were any further objections (which there were not).
But rather than wait for the speedy to be processed, Matthew_hk opened this discussion, and falsely asserted that the speedy C2C was declined. It wasn't.
However, Matthew_hk failed to leave a note at the CFD/S listing. So nobody looking at CFD/S had any reason to believe that situation was other than as described there: alternative rename suggested, alternative rename accepted by nominator.
And Matthew_hk also failed to leave here any diffs of the speedy, or a copy of the speedy discussion.
So
Fayenatic london correctly went ahead and processed the speedy.
The end result is:
A/ Matthew_hk wasted their own time and everyone else's by opening an un-needed full discussion on a speedy which they knew was proceeding
B/ Matthew_hk expressed bewilderment here
[16] that speedy move they had asked for went ahead with a change which they had accepted
C/ I wasted half an hour of my life trying to unravel the story of Matthew_hk's incompetenjt, uncommunicative duplication of process.

Merge, with the understanding that recreation is appropriate if (1) the term "federal question jurisdiction" appears in case law for some other federation, and (2) a category is created for this kind of case law in that federation. In such a case, we should recreate the category and use it as a parent for the USA subcategory and the other country subcategory.

Rename This should categorize works by topic, and not mere mentions or potential overlap. Not every work mentioning Dutch colonial activities would qualify.
