Why do we need another fair use finding bot? Eagle_101's has caused some controversy in the past (maybe I imagined it), and although it's an important job, I am somewhat sceptical of the need for another bot, running different source code, when Eagle_101's does a perfectly good job. We don't want to be duplicating our efforts, so I would ask TSM to speak to Eagle_101 to determine if there is a need for another bot, and if so, ask him for help.
