  • Delete. People do not get Wikipedia articles just for being candidates in elections they did not win, but this makes no claim that he has any preexisting notability for other reasons besides the candidacy and shows no evidence of the unusual depth, range and volume of coverage it would take to make his candidacy more special than everybody else's candidacies.
