- Remarks - I was just going thru page history and it seems that page was originally created by person himself in 2009. See link [1] the first line of page says Uttam Khobragade is the incumbent General Manager of BEST the user who created is User:Gmbest (obviously General Manager of BEST). - Keep Sufficiently notable in their own right. Multiple media outlets covered him and the controversies surrounding him. The fact that the person who created the page had an COI doesn't come in the picture since very little of the original prose still remains. << FR ( mobileUndo) 09:43, 25 January 2019 (UTC)
